Refund policy

Overview

Because solar equipment and related components may be damaged during return shipping, and because product packaging may not remain intact after delivery, Solagenica does not accept returns once an order has shipped or been delivered, except where required by applicable law or as otherwise provided under Solagenica’s Limited Product Warranty.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund only before the order has shipped.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@solagenica.com.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns

Once an order has shipped, it is non-cancelable and non-returnable.

Once a product has been delivered, all sales are final, except where required by applicable law or as otherwise provided under Solagenica’s Limited Product Warranty.

Solagenica does not accept returns for:

  • A change of purchasing decision
  • No longer needing or wanting the product
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Opened or used packaging
  • Packaging damage that occurs after delivery as a result of customer handling or storage
  • Products that have been installed, handled, modified, or stored contrary to the applicable product documentation

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law or under Solagenica’s Limited Product Warranty.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your product:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Is defective
  • Is not the product you ordered

please contact us by email at info@solagenica.com as soon as possible and provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear, date-stamped photos or video showing the issue

After reviewing the reported issue, Solagenica may, at its discretion and where appropriate:

  • Repair the product
  • Provide a replacement product or replacement part
  • Issue a partial refund
  • Provide another appropriate remedy

If Solagenica requests that you return a product for inspection, return instructions will be provided by email.

Do not send any product back without prior written authorization from Solagenica.

Inspection and Approval

No refund, repair, replacement, or exchange will be approved until the reported issue has been reviewed by Solagenica and/or the applicable manufacturer.

Solagenica may request additional information, photographs, videos, or other documentation to assist with the inspection and determination of the appropriate remedy.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale, unless Solagenica determines that another remedy is appropriate or an alternative option is required under applicable law or the product warranty.

Chargebacks and Order Issues

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@solagenica.com before initiating a chargeback. We will make every reasonable effort to review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
